Senior IT Operations System Administrator

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL: 

• Develop and maintain automated onboarding and offboarding processes to provision/deprovision team members’ access to internal and external apps using available technologies such as Okta and custom APIs.
• Design and implement any auditing workflows that are necessary for access groups.
• Develop automation workflows and integrations for repetitive or manual tasks.
• Triage all IT related questions as they arise. Automate away as much as possible.
• Have ownership over Rocket Money’s IT operations while also interfacing with relevant teams at Rocket Central who manage areas such as Information Security and IT (Active Directory, Exchange, Device Management, etc.).
• Build close relationships with adjacent teams in order to solve problems together, efficiently.
• Help to define and improve our internal standards and best practices.
• Advocate for improvements to systems administration.
• Exert influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of our IT systems.
• Assist with on-the-ground in-office IT needs as they arise

ABOUT YOU 🦄

• 3+ years experience in IT or SysAdmin roles
• Experience administering Okta (Okta Certified), including configuring SAML and SCIM integrations
• Experience with Slack Integrations. Bonus for experience creating custom Slack Workflows
• Experience working with Active Directory (e.g. You are familiar with the acronyms DN, OU, and DC)
• You know enough about other systems (including those that you have not used) that you can opine intelligently in a room of experts.

Additional information: Salary range of $90,000 - $120,000/year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
