Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior IT Programmer Analyst in San Diego, CA to analyze requirements and procedures to improve technology system capabilities. Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience analyzing, designing, developing and implementing platform modules including ITSM and HRSD and custom scoped applications in ServiceNow. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience configuring and customizing applications including creating workflows, writing Java and JavaScript, customizing UI, and meeting user requirements; analyzing, troubleshooting and fixing system issues and operational support tickets; maintaining technical and functional specifications for the platform; integrating software and APIs using REST and SOAP, XML and JSON; using AngularJS, HTML5, CSS and Bootstrap styles to develop widgets, reports, and pages in Service Portal; developing and maintaining features related to language translation in ServiceNow; developing APIs to connect ITSM pipeline with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, and integrating with monitoring systems including Datadog, Xmatters, Sensu, and messaging applications Slack chatbot and Jira; and writing SQL queries as needed. At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Â
