CLA is currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our growing internal IT team.

About the role:

The Senior Project Manager helps to develop project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for projects with information technology impact. S/he will oversee projects related to infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software installation and upgrades. Project assignments and complexity are matched to increased experience and skill levels. The Senior IT Project Manager's work is generally independent and collaborative in nature; s/he receives guidance and direction from IT PMO, IT Leadership and Executive Project Sponsors, as needed. The Senior IT Project Manager works closely with the Lead IT Project Manager and Manager, IT PMO on education and promotion of Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies.

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will:

β€’ Work with individuals to develop plans that address policies and procedures needed to support the firm's deployment of internal projects and ensure that all projects progress on schedule and within budget. Recommends and formulates the technical scope and objectives of projects. Directs and manages the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Coordinates and tracks all issues and risks on a consistent basis. Increased project responsibilities include budget, vendor, and resource management.

β€’ Leads a diverse project team by promoting a team-oriented environment and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional staff within the firm. Is responsible for establishing communication channels to stakeholders, internal and external teams and third parties, by making communication an essential part of all planning and work activities. Works well with internal and external teams to ensure concerns are heard and adequately addressed. Provides timely communication to key project stakeholders. Ensures internal satisfaction and collaboration with Managing Principals (MPs), Executive Leaders, and vendors.

What you will need:

β€’ 5 years' experience in Internal Technology or technology environment

β€’ 3 years of project management and/or supervisory experienceβ€’ Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
