Senior Project Manager, ScrumMaster, (Mult. Pos.) Gartner, Inc., Stamford, CT. Provide project and program leadership for UX and technology projects. Identify systemic operational issues and their root causes and resolve them. Develop processes to manage operational issues in a timely and efficient manner. Manage projects using the Agile Scrum methodologies. Work seamlessly with small and large teams with multiple outside dependencies and third-party project team members. Provide Agile/Scrum process coaching at the team level to maximize its benefits. Communicate the release plan with key stakeholders and end users. Learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies on a continuing basis. Resolve project issues and development impediments. Interact well with cross-functional teams, internal associates, and external clients towards resolving operational issues. Report project progress to management and executive level stakeholders.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $137,247.50/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.

Must have at least two (2) years' experience with/in the following:

• Working in an Agile/Scrum environment;
• Programming documentation processes and procedures to keep track of every project execution;
• Understanding clients' expectations and resolving issues that may affect delivery of UX and technology projects;
• Working effectively in a Matrix'd organization;
• Full software development lifecycle; and
• Supporting customer-facing websites
