This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced recruiter to lead and shape international hiring strategies in a fully remote, globally distributed environment. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams. The role combines hands-on sourcing with leadership responsibilities, offering the chance to influence hiring outcomes at scale. You will engage with top global talent, contribute to strategic workforce planning, and help build high-performing teams. Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals
  • Lead and mentor the IT Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
  • Conduct direct sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping to identify top-tier candidates globally
  • Oversee candidate experience and ensure a smooth, professional recruitment journey
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and projects, supporting broader organizational talent strategies
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in an international hiring environment
    • Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles, with expertise in sourcing and headhunting techniques
    • Experience or familiarity with hiring in AI, ML, or NLP domains is a strong advantage
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders
    • Fluency in Russian (native or near-native) and strong English proficiency (B2 or higher)
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fully remote environment
