Description
Prospera is looking for a senior IT Specialist who wants to grow with us, to lead processes and to make organizations work better.
Responsibilities

Define work methodologies
Support and troubleshoot on end-user's computer software and hardware issues
Assist with users account management
Support employees on usage of different company's equipment and applications
Manage and maintain IT assets inventory
Solution Implementation skills

Requirements

3+ years proven working experience in IT supporting in 100+ users
Windows OS, macOS, and Linux (Advantage) Operating systems
Knowledge of basic protocols (VPN, DHCP, DNS, SSH, HTTP) and understanding of TCP/IP.
Knowledge of Identity management (Okta or Similar)
knowledge of Google workspace administration
Experience with ITSM tools and with MDM
Self-learner, High technical skills, service-oriented, and highly motivated.
Vast experience within the high tech industry - advantage
Knowledge of scripting languages, like Python, Powershell, Bash - Advantage
