About the role:

As the Senior IT Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the proper administration of our IT systems and endpoints. You will be reporting to Aspire’s Head of Information Security and will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team of IT specialists within the company.

What will you be doing?

• Administration of solutions such as Google Workspace Azure AD Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)

• Implementing configuring and managing of office network and firewall

• Giving hands-on IT support in the Singapore office and remotely

• Writing user manuals and FAQs in Notion and Confluence

• Supporting and driving other daily IT and security tasks

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

• Located in Singapore

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Self-driven good at learning and breaking down complex topics

• Managing your own work from start to finish

• Minimum 4 years of working experience

• Worked with and administered e.g. Google Workspace (e.g. docs drive meets) Jira Intune Azure AD Notion and Slack

• Experience of administration configuration and maintenance of Windows 10 11 and MacOS endpoints

• Experience with implementing and maintaining office network infrastructure

• A little bit of programming / scripting experience e.g. powershell bash or python

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or a related qualification.

• Exposed to AWS GCloud 1Password GitHub Notion and Snyk

• Worked Linux environments

• Administration of Azure Sentinel

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+ Network+ Security+ Microsoft Certified: Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals)

• Legal & Compliance Awareness e.g ISO 27001 PCI DSS SOC2 Type 2 MAS TRM MAS Cyber Hygiene

• A personal blog or Github with personal projects
