SENIOR IT SYSTEMS ANALYST/BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (Ambulatory)

My name is David Slaymaker and my company, Innova Solutions, is hiring a Sr. IT Systems Analyst/Business Manager to support the Administrative Business Systems division of a leading healthcare provider This position will focus on procedures to improve the clinic's existing systems for managing data, as well as help design and implement more robust modern systems. You will develop proposals and business plans that ensure quality IT solutions and delivery. Project emphasis will be on Ambulatory documentation.

Position type: Fulltime contract

Duration: 12 months and ongoing

Location: Remote within USA.

Pay Range : $80-110/hr W2

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with and participate in leadership coordination and management of activities required to operate, direct or advise the Clinic's ambulatory department or equivalent organizational structure.
  • Coordinate project division and/or department budgets and provides appropriate financial reports and metrics for making department decisions.
  • Independently manage multiple large-scale IT internal business projects or single department-scale projects from inception to close including resource management risk identification and mitigation quality assurance and change control.
  • Must have broad knowledge of IT systems and interrelated technical processes to make necessary decisions regarding hardware software or technology agreements.
  • May serve as subject matter expert for requirements gathering for industry proposals on behalf of the Clinic's.
  • Routinely interface with department committees and executive leadership and provide IT performance reports with strategic recommendations.
  • May serve as liaison for industry partnerships or as a representative for Mayo Clinic IT in national industry events.
  • Ensure communication between and among business proponents, stakeholders, and IT Leadership regarding assignments.
  • Lead or contribute to the improvement of established guidelines, tools, templates, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate effective group facilitation, team building and conflict resolution skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have broad knowledge of IT systems and interrelated technical processes.
  • EPIC Skills required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem solving and facilitation skills.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes. Strong understanding of financial concepts, business process, continuous improvement and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated mastery of all requirements detailed in the IT Systems Analyst job description.
  • Ambulatory Certification is required.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related field preferred. with 5 years technology or business administration experience.
