Collaborate with other teams to accomplish cross-organizational project goals such as system integration, conducting UAT, Training activities.Foster effective communication with team members for product release plans, status updates and issue reporting.This position is part of the Enterprise Business Application department will be USA remote base. • Create overall technical vision for solving business problems by leveraging existing EQMS platform. Partner with Business to manage the Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS) technology roadmap for responsible quality processes.
• Maintain EQMS Product Backlog, Prioritization and Grooming business user requirements, Configure/ Work with Vendor for building solutions, testing to deliver quality solutions, Maintain required system validation documentation.
• Implement/optimize EQMS solutions to improve productivity, drive efficiencies into business processes and continuous improvements.
• Establish and drive system release plans that satisfy business requirements and priorities.
• Lead teams to deliver the project, potentially internal, contract resources, vendor professional services.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience as a Lead Systems Analyst with leading EQMS platforms.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• SmartSolve EQMS.
• Medical Device industry.
• Agile Scrum Methodology and GMP.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.
