Job Description

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP) is seeking an experienced Sr. IT Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our talent acquisition team. The Senior Talent Advisor will recruit for various levels and positions across multiple disciplines and geographies.

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor will work with our hiring leaders and talent acquisition team to drive the hiring process across our Digital Transformation and Internal IT lines of business. The position will assist in identifying and defining hiring needs and collaborating with a variety of internal clients to recruit and hire the best talent internally and externally.

They will perform full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, and closing offers. They will perform candidate searches via the web, employee referrals, unsolicited resumes, and social networking.

  • The Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor should demonstrate excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • They will need strong interview skills in order to facilitate the selection process and must be able to follow and demonstrate appropriate recruiting processes.
  • They should possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in order to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requisitions based on key business needs.
  • They should have full cycle technical recruiting experience with strong sourcing skills with the ability to build top-of-funnel independently, along with being versatile with the ability to work on a variety of different technical roles at once.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, accounting or related business degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience is required
  • Microsoft Office experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of IT/Digital transformation recruiting experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking system such as Workday is preferred
  • General understanding of OFCCP/AAP Guidelines is preferred
