Senior ITIL Service Management

Job Summary
Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining IT Services. The IT Service Management Team is responsible for all the ITIL IT Services within IT OneAmerica. Thereby ensuring that the IT Organization partner with the rest of the enterprise in a cohesive and business value driven manner.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Researching industry standards and best practices
- Developing and implementing service improvement plans
- Developing and implementing continuous process improvement
- Identification and mitigation of process deficiencies
- Accountable for at least one IT Service from inception to delivery and continuous improvement, through its entire life cycle
Job Requirements
Required Education and/or Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree
Recommended Education and/or Certifications
- ITIL V3 Foundations
- ITIL V4 Foundations (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Experience
Required Work Experience
- 5+ Years experience
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 06C
This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
