Cognizant is looking for a dynamic Senior J2EE with experience developing knowledgeable software systems and applications. The individual will work with product owners, domain guides, and product managers to craft and deliver customer value. The individual in this role will ensure that standard processes are followed, and that quality code is delivered. Lastly, Cognizant needs an individual that loves to collaborate with other technologists and enjoys mentoring and coaching.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sprint and product deliverables.
• Develop and deploy target state components as per business requirements.
• Understand and document data flows in and between different systems / applications.
• Understands target state architecture and various components that cater business capabilities.
• Adheres to procedures and guidelines set-forth.
• Assists team with any tech stack challenges and mitigate impediments.
• Compiling status reports and participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Prepare documentation, code Reviews & incorporate feedbacks on time.
• Educate staff members through training and individual support.
• Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 year work experience as a Senior J2EE, Spring Boot developer
• At least 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Spring, GITLab, CI / CD pipeline
• Experience in OpenShift and building CI/CD pipeline is a must.
• Experience in SQL Server and Mongo DB is a must.
• Experience in any Cloud service is mandatory, preferably Azure Cloud.
• BFS domain exp. is preferable.
• Hands on experience in design and development of Sprint Boot
• Should be well versed in Cloud Data warehousing concepts and fundamental.
• Should be independently able to debug and implement solutions.
• Should be well versed in managing product scalability and performance.
• Should have very good communication skills and should be able to assess and analyze work with client independently.
