Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to a project focusing on the integration of multiple systems and APIs in the Retail, Wholesale & Distribution domain.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing complex business logic, optimizing system functionality, and providing maintenance and support to ensure seamless operation and data flow.

Responsibilities

• Integrate multiple systems and APIs to ensure seamless communication and data flow
• Implement complex business logic to meet project requirements
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to identify and resolve potential problems
• Work closely in a small team to foster agility and quick decision-making
• Regularly communicate with client managers and the development team
• Take ownership of tasks, providing proactive solutions and addressing project challenges
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the system, making enhancements and optimizations as needed

Requirements

• Highly skilled Java Developer with a minimum of 3 years of working experience
• Proactive professional with a can-do attitude, quick learner, and keen on adapting to new tools, languages, and methodologies
• Autonomous task management capability with high maturity in decision-making and handling responsibilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to react well to change
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of Amazon DynamoDB, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL
• Background in REST APIs and understanding of microservices architecture
• Strong English communication skills at a B2 level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Skills in using Gitlab
• Competency in Kubernetes
• Understanding of ReactJS
