Senior Java Developer

Our organization is establishing a new team tasked with transitioning the website to a new, unified Java-based platform.
As a Senior Java Developer, your main responsibility will be to implement components for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform on the site. This position demands an understanding of the AEM tech stack, proficiency in managing dialogs and OSGi services, and familiarity with AEM DAM and MSM. Possessing knowledge of Akamai CDN and prior involvement in content migration will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain AEM components to improve website functionality and efficiency
• Construct unit tests to uphold the sturdiness and dependability of the components
• Conduct code reviews to ascertain code quality
• Work collaboratively with the team to successfully complete projects
• Facilitate the integration of AEM with various other systems when required

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java with at least 3 years of experience
• Understanding of AEM Sites and Assets
• Background in AEM Components
• Familiarity with AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• Competency in AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM)
• Fluency in English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Akamai CDN
• Background in content migration
• Understanding of cloud technologies
