Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and robust Java applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop automated software tools to ensure the quality of software products
  • Identify, document, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Enhance test case execution efficiency and expand test coverage
  • Execute automated functional, performance, and end-to-end product and system tests
  • Create and maintain training documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams in an agile development environment to deliver quality software iteratively
  • Integrate quality assurance processes into software development and release cycles
  • Troubleshoot issues in live, high availability systems
  • Work with the CI team to develop strategies for continuous integration and continuous deployment

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Automation Tester
  • Strong development skills in Java, including experience with Java frameworks and libraries
  • Proficiency in creating test automation scripts using object-oriented frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, Maven, and JMeter
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services including SQS, Kinesis, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and AWS Step Function testing
  • Experience in automated testing of front-end, microservices, and serverless applications
  • Expertise in automating RESTful APIs
  • Solid understanding of Continuous Integration using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Spring Boot
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes
  • Fluent English at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Splunk for logging and monitoring
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques
