Job Description
Are you an agile enthusiast who would like to use your Atlassian tooling know-how in a large-scale and fast-growing organization? Do you think it's exciting to support the whole R&D organization over 1k5 people on the development of a single product platform? Do you think you could contribute with your Atlassian Jira expertise to make collaboration within R&D as efficient and pleasant as possible?
Our stakeholders like VP of engineering, Dev Directors, Program Managers, Agile Coaches, and all dev teams, continuously enhance our internal large-scale agile framework. For this it is important to continuously adapt and develop our tooling like Jira. Therefore, we are looking for a Jira Cloud Expert to support our organization needs by guiding others on what is possible and driving the solutions that are improving the collaboration and reporting.
Your role at Dynatrace

• Collaborate with requestors, stakeholders, and the rest of the organization what are the needs (What) that Jira/Confluence can satisfy
• Together with the rest of the team, design solutions on HOW Jira/Confluence can enable our R&D organization
• Maintain excellent communication within the team and all parties around
• You take E2E ownership of the implementation changes, ensure their go-live, and monitor the success of further optimization and development
• Together with the rest of the team, you provide all support needed to the organization on daily basis
• Cooperate with Atlassian and vendors and partners on support requests and license adjustments
• Provide the right security measures needed for Jira/Confluence to protect Dynatrace from data leakage
• You proactively drive changes to how we use Jira/Confluence to maintain the reasonable level of maintenance needed for our organization

Qualifications

• Experience in Jira/Confluence administration or support of Jira & Confluence
• Technical studiesrelated to Computer Science or similar experience
• 5+ years of experience insoftware development and/or software support/administration
• Practical experiencein Jira/Confluence use
• Atlassian Certifications would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork experience
• Openness and efficiency in dealing with partners and working across various locations and countries.
• GoodEnglish skills

Compensation and rewards

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options withnumerous benefits and advantages.
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 56,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
