Team Overview
The Insurance Marketing Solutions team partners with Property & Casualty (P&C) carriers to drive customer acquisition cross-selling and portfolio growth through TransUnion’s data-driven marketing solutions including identity audiences (FCRA and non-FCRA) and measurement. The team operates in a sales-driven environment supporting insurer marketing functions by delivering high-impact direct marketing programs while managing and expanding both new and existing business opportunities.In this role the Senior Key Account Manager collaborates closely with Account Executives—who own client relationships and commercial strategies to lead execution program delivery and optimization for complex insurance clients.
This role reports directly to the Sales Director Account Development within the Direct Sales division.This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution for assigned P&C insurance carrier accounts and serve as the primary operational point of contact
- Own onboarding implementation optimization and issue resolution
- Lead enterprise-scale direct marketing programs across channels such as direct mail and email
- Oversee audience strategy campaign execution and performance tracking
- Partner with analytics and operations teams to drive program optimization and actionable insights
- Collaborating with Account Executives to support account plans and growth objectives
- Identify expansion opportunities based on program performance and solution usage
- Support QBRs planning discussions and renewal readiness
- Coordinate across Product Analytics Operations Legal Compliance and Billing teams
- Ensure adherence to insurance-specific data governance and regulatory requirements
- Travel as needed for client meetings conferences and internal engagements (up to 20%)
Required Knowledge and Experiences
- 8+ years of experience in account management client delivery or customer success
- Experience supporting Property & Casualty insurance carriers
- Experience leading large-scale marketing programs across multiple channels
- Experience partnering with sales teams in a collaborative account model
- Experience working in partnership with sales teams where Account Executives own the client relationship
Required Technical Skills
- Lead enterprise‑scale direct marketing programs including direct mail and email
- Oversee audience strategy execution readiness campaign coordination and performance tracking
- Partner with analytics and operations teams to support optimization and actionable insights

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $92250.00 - $153750 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education training work experience job-related skill set location and industry knowledge as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.TransUnion Overview:
