Senior Key Account Manager - Fashion

As a Senior Key Account Manager, the candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key suppliers, devising portfolio strategy, acquiring key accounts, facilitating onboarding and launch processes, fostering growth of suppliers' businesses on Trendyol, and overseeing a small team of Key Account Managers. Additionally, the role involves supporting the business in key projects.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategy, driving growth in selected categories.
• Recruit and onboard high-potential suppliers, meeting quarterly targets.
• Negotiate deals, manage P&L, and oversee inventory and pricing.
• Provide data-driven insights and advice to optimize supplier success.
• Track and report business development results, analyzing data.
• Lead projects to enhance customer and partner experiences.
• Conduct strategic meetings with suppliers to align objectives.
• Educate new suppliers on Trendyol tools and systems for efficient management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of Account Manager experience in fashion e-commerce.
• Strong Excel skills, SQL knowledge preferred.
• Highly analytical mindset.
• General retail skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
