Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to support the MDA/THF-E Engineering organization that is responsible to provide the technical oversight of the integration of THAAD Weapon System, AN/TPY-2 Radars and associated ground equipment for an exportable FMS delivery to the KSA.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the MDA/THF-E Engineering organization by providing the technical oversight of the integration of THAAD Weapon System, AN/TPY-2 Radars and associated ground equipment for an exportable FMS delivery to the KSA.
- Systems Engineering support of the KSA FMS Program to include military hardware and the training of the Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF) soldiers.
- Collaborate with our joint team of Government, Prime Contractor and support contractors to meet KSA contractual obligations through CY2027.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Masters Degree in Engineering with 12+ years of demonstrated systems engineering experience required
- Experience supporting the development of complex air defense missile related programs or other complex / large DoD program or project.
- Thorough knowledge of System Engineering principles including requirements development, Verification and Validation (V&V), Model and Simulation (M&S) and technical analysis.
- Active Secret clearance
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Proficiency with one or more of the following programs: THAAD, GMD, AEGIS, PATRIOT or other directly related Air and Missile Defense programs.
- Proficient with one or more of the following Radar Systems: AN/TPY-2, PATRIOT, SBX, LTAMDS, or LRDR.
- Experience with exportability, technical risk management, and supporting Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) or environmental testing.
- Software or Hardware Verification and Validation (V&V) of system requirements.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required - to include creation and presentation of technical briefing materials
- Possess an ability to plan, coordinate, and support product development in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience working on joint engineering teams supporting Systems Engineering process architecture and/or performing concept development pf new capabilities.
- Occasional travel to locations within Saudi Arabia required
- Strong computer skills - working knowledge of MS office suite tool.

Salary Range:
$110,600.00 - $219,400.00
