Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

Now we are looking for a Senior Lawyer. 

Your main tasks will be:

• Legal support of European, US, and foreign companies
• Incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, Cy, Singapore, etc.
• Registration of non-resident employees (residence permit)
• Legal support of M&A and R&D projects
• TM Registration
• Opening accounts in a financial institution

We expect from you:

•  3+ years of experience as a lawyer in international IT companies
• Knowledge of IP law (Trademarkcopyrightpatent registration in the US, EU etc.)
• Knowledge of European law/experience with European projects (a must)
  
• Knowledge of American law/experience with the United States projects (nice to have)
• Consumer and Data protection experience
• Fluent English and Russian.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
