Senior Lead, Analytics - Data Visualization

Location: Dallas, TX; Fort Worth, TX (must live in or relocate to the DFW area)

Our analytics solutions are used every day by our marketers and clients to make agile investment decisions and optimize campaign performance. As an Analytics Lead, you’ll oversee the development and maintenance of client-facing, self-service analytics solutions in an agile, fast-paced data environment.
General Description:
- Lead the development of custom data visualization tools (dashboards) in Tableau, Google Data Studio, and other visualization software to provide clients and internal teams with real-time visibility into the performance of their marketing investments
- Work end-to-end across PMG’s data pipeline to automate data sources, blend data, implement new visualization features, solve technical issues, and stand up new data products
- Collaborate with clients and internal data users to uncover needs, customize analytics solutions, implement updates, and troubleshoot issues
- Represent PMG Analytics in trainings, demos, and working sessions with clients, serving as the main point of contact for data and analytics for your clients
- Drive adoption of data visualization tools amongst clients and internal data users
- Implement solutions to improve scale and reliability of analytics offerings
- Partner with technical and non-technical functions across PMG, including engineering, product development, data science, media, and client strategy
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience building custom data visualization dashboards
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficient with Tableau, Power BI, or other premium data visualization software; Tableau preferred
- Proficient with SQL; able to read code, modify logic, blend sources, run test queries
- Experience working with data warehousing solutions including Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar technology
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience with ad tech and digital marketing data is a plus
- Interest or experience with UX / design is a plus
