Position Title : Senior Lead Business Analyst
Location : 318 Seaboard Lane, Ste. 110, Franklin, TN 37067
Position Responsibilities: Conduct complex business and systems analysis tasks, to understand business requirements in relation to integration with proprietary software products. Perform meticulous requirement gathering, impact analysis and scope finalization from proprietary tools, to ensure the implementation scope is well aligned and value driven for various stakeholders. Prepare requirement specification document leveraging technical templates, use cases and user stories. Understand users' current state of workflow with existing set of legacy software tools, document highlighting possible improvement/automation areas. Consult with product managers to understand requirements-oriented device data analysis to be done through integration flow of data to client applications from this tool. Capture specific requirements of new client accounts to be integrated with proprietary systems and tools. Provide insight into potential process and technology solutions to business problems. Leverage the functional architecture understanding to provide business value to clients. Manage changes in requirements by having regular discussions on prioritization of product backlog. Follow SAFE Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework for tool integration to multiple platforms. Provide functional clarifications and facilitate requirement implementation. Conduct functional testing and defect analysis on every release.
Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or a related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: SAFE Agile Product Management; Lean Business Case and EPICs documentation; Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud; Machine Learning; Robotic Process Automation; SQL; PL-SQL; INVEST methodology of User Story documentation; Rally; Population Health Management, Care Management & Member Engagement; Digital Marketing Automation and Journeys; Lucid Chard; MS Visio, and Data Analytics. Travel to unanticipated client locations approximately 30%, as required.
