Senior Lead Engineer

Job Description:Qualifications:

Candidate should have 9+ years of experience in 

• Building application using Java 8, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, React
• Must have hands on experience with microservices, REST/SOAP API concept
• Working with SQL/NOSQL databases and data structures to store, retrieve, and manipulate data.
• Should have knowledge of Git, Jenkins build/deploy application, JIRA and similar tools
• Prior experience in tools like Splunk, CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Postman is plus
• Should have strong technical and management skills for guiding and leading the teams
• Good to have knowledge of AWS messaging solution, Html/CSS, JavaScript, React.js.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other developers and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and apply them to improve the quality and performance of applications.
• Write and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of code.
• Implement security measures to protect applications from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Document technical specifications, user manuals, and other relevant documentation to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer.

• Act as a technical subject matter expert for the internal team on areas such as system functionality and approach including solving systems operations issues, performance initiatives. Leverage existing knowledge and expertise in multiple ways.
• Build team skills using formal and/or informal training sessions.
• Create and maintain knowledge repositories for lessons learnt and developments in the respective domains.
