PMG is looking for an exceptional Recruiting Operations Lead to support and enable all systems and reporting across the Talent Acquisition function. This is a key role within a growing team and company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper configuration of Greenhouse ATS, CRM and AI sourcing tool
- Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics and reports based on the needs of TA leadership and internal stakeholders
- Provide reporting subject matter expertise and craft reports/dashboards to drive insights and decisions
- Own data maintenance and integrity within Greenhouse ATS by conducting weekly audits and clean-up
- Build and maintain accuracy of custom reports library as environment configurations evolve
- Drive process documentation and process improvement related to system configuration, data integrity and reportingÂ
- Train end-users and peers on new processes and functionality, as needed
- Regularly assess the current state of service and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement
- Manage and participate in special projects and other duties to help the team provide additional support and value to stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in an ATS and CRM; Greenhouse experience, a plus
- Expert in Talent Acquisition reporting: excel and other reporting tools
- Experience building internal programs and process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; assertive, strategic and thoughtful
- Demonstrated ability to work well on a team, and adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities
- Persistent and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly
- Experience partnering with senior-level stakeholders
