This year we’ve got our sights set on radically improving our top of funnel traffic growth and conversion rates. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who operates a marketing site like a high-impact product serving multiple audiences with varied needs. You’ll help us turn front.com into a best-in-class SaaS web experience that optimizes our hybrid funnel across both self-serve and sales-led paths. Partner with marketers, designers, and developers to build a high-performance website that leverages experimentation at scale, advanced segmentation, and optimizes traffic from a variety of channels. Come help us optimize our funnel and personalize each and every web visitor’s journey to Front.

What you'll do:

  • Own the website strategy, proposing ideas to optimize and personalize our web properties and ensure every interaction with a Front lead or customer is memorable.
  • Improve web conversion rates in collaboration with PMM, Content, and our Growth marketers.
  • Ensure that Front has best in class SEO, site performance, and accessibility.
  • Leverage agile best practices to manage cross-functional teams of designers, marketers and web developers to execute on strategic projects that uniquely differentiate Front.

What we're looking for:

  • The ability to think strategically about ways to grow web traffic, optimize conversion rates and experiment at scale across a hybrid sales-led and self-serve model.
  • 5-7 years of experience executing website projects end to end, examples include full site refreshes, landing page optimizations, SEO improvements and CMS component development at scale.
  • Ability to come up with a winning roadmap around dynamic content and personalization on web.
  • Experience working within highly collaborative designer / developer partnerships.
  • Can successfully run web experiments and analyzing results independently of analytics support.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management experience / sprint planning – and familiarity with project management software(Asana or other).
  • Familiarity with Craft or similar CMS.

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating on, and executing on an SEO strategy.
  • A background in SEO Management and/or Web Development.

This position is open to Remote US.


Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. At Front, we take a market-based approach to pay. In addition to cash compensation (base salary, which may include commissions or overtime pay where applicable), Fronteers are eligible to receive equity in the company. Zone 2: USD $155,000 - $192,000

Zone 3: USD $146,000 - $181,000
