As the Senior Learning and Development Manager you will design and deliver curriculum for Amplitude’s current and future leaders aligned with our Leadership Framework. You will partner with Senior leaders in the business and across the People team to understand our people’s learning needs in order to deliver high impact leadership programming that scales. You’ll live our values of humility, ownership and growth-mindset and operationalize these behaviors into our programs. You’ll also work alongside an incredible team of people who love the work they get to do together. :) This role reports into the Head of Talent Development.
As Senior Learning and Development Manager you will:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of our company-wide leadership development programming, aligning existing training, coaching, and on-the-job experiences
- Architect and execute integrated leadership development programs (from new managers to Directors) and processes to drive growth, development, and accountability across Amplitude
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, business partners, and vendors to deliver programs
- Be a champion of DEI, partnering closely with our DEI team to ensure all programs are built through an equity and inclusion framework
- Track and drive measures of success and impact of our programs internally
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in leadership development and couple that with practical application within Amplitude’s culture and hybrid environmentÂ
- Build out leadership success profiles for Directors and above, creating clear connections between our Leadership Framework and growth expectations of leaders at Amplitude
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Experience owning, developing, launching and delivering Leadership Development programs at scale, utilizing relevant technology for agile delivery in a hybrid environment.
- Clear communication skills to connect leadership theory to practical applied on the job training that translates to tangible business impact
- Outstanding data-driven storytelling skills in order to bring Ampliteers of all levels along the journey of leadership development at Amplitude
- A belief that taking care of people ultimately helps people take care of business
