About the role
You are a passionate and seasoned L&D subject matter expert, and are ready to help scale L&D offerings for the entire organization, across the globe.  You’re equal parts instructional designer, facilitator, and program manager.  You will help build and execute on our approach to set new employees, individual contributors, and people leaders up for success.  You will help curate and create learning opportunities for all employees of Klaviyo, and leverage the help of an evolving learning technology stack to help accomplish it all.  You’ll tackle all of this as the world of hybrid work continues to evolve–an opportunity to reinvent the “best in class” playbook for learning and development.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in the learning and development field (bonus points for fast-paced organizations).
• You are a guru with all facets of learning program design–deeply steeped in needs analysis, curriculum development, facilitation, and program management.
• You have built workshops and/or learning programs from the ground up, resulting in measurable learning and behavior changes.
• You are a trusted partner for stakeholders—able to counsel, consult, and recommend appropriate learning interventions to meet the needs of the business.
• You are an ambitious innovator, ready to help drive our adoption of our new programming.
• A strong desire to leapfrog best practice.  You are so deeply passionate about L&D and want to put Klaviyo on the map as THE place to learn, grow, and develop.

Nice to haves

• Experience in a hybrid work environment.
• A knack for distilling the complex into what matters most to learners and stakeholders.
• The ability to laugh at least three times a day.  We work hard, but have fun doing it!
