Position Summary
The Senior Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of learning program planning and operations as well as learning program marketing, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality learning experiences to our managers and employees.
Responsibilities

  • Design, build and oversee Learning and development programs including identifying performance, skills, and/or behavior gaps, making recommendations, and providing solutions to improve business performance and develop future leaders by partnering closely with HR business partners and business leaders
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for learning program operations
  • Oversee the end-to-end operational aspects of learning programs, from planning to execution
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define program objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Continuously assess and enhance learning processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implement process improvements based on feedback and industry best practices
  • Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators and assess the quality and impact of learning programs


Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities
  • Desire to think beyond traditional classroom training experiences and innovate in the L&D space
  • Experience working with subject matter experts to design online learning experiences
  • Experience in Content Partnerships, and as Learning or Training Program Manager, L&D Consultant, Learning Portfolio Manager or Instructional Design Manager
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills


Qualifications :

  • 3+ years work experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience in L&D
  • Bachelors degree in L&D, HR or a related field Or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in curriculum design, implementation and monitoring L&D systems
  • Strong business orientation and demonstrated ability to easily work within and across the organization
  • Ability to analyze data gathered from diagnostic tools and HR metrics
  • Exceptional interpersonal and one-on-one coaching skills, with judgment and maturity to handle wide variety of people and diverse work teams


Pay: $76,000- $118,100 base + plus bonus.
