Senior Learning Experience Designer/Program Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Peloton Information Security (InfoSec) team is looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented Senior Learning Experience Designer and Program Manager with a background in delivering training modules and curriculums for a global enterprise. You are a self-starter with a passion for independent problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills and show strong ownership to deliver end-to-end learning path experiences.

Our team shapes Pelotonās security culture by working with Information Security experts and our engineering teams to provide tools, training, and reporting to elevate and evaluate the security maturity of the company. In this role within the Information Security Awareness team, the Senior Learning Experience Designer will work cross-functionally across the Information Security team and Corporate Security team, Legal, L&D and Corporate Communications teams and take a human-centered design approach to develop engaging, yet scalable learning and development programs.
The ideal candidate brings strong skills in instructional design, curriculum design, and project management and is comfortable working within a Learning Management System with a focus on technical audiences. Success in this role is dependent on being highly self-motivated and self-managed to deliver on-time and with no surprises. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Establishing a global strategy, operating framework, and implementation plan for the end-to-end technical and non-technical security awareness training, segmented by role, delivered and scaled across internal channels.
- Design innovative yet scalable curriculum and instructional materials, such as online lessons, presentation decks, facilitation guides, and other companion documents.
- Build and deploy comprehensive learning paths in our learning management system that maintain Peloton content and branding guidelines.
- Develop audience-specific content for a variety of formats such as video, in-person, podcast and virtual facilitation for print, and online.
- Manage training content and updates in an LMS to ensure the content remains complete and relevant.
- Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format (usually from face-to-face to eLearning and virtual).
- Write, edit, and proof content to ensure consistent tone and language that reflect Peloton's communication brand guidelines.
- Gather and analyze insights from a variety of Information Security policies and subject matter experts to form insightful content strategy recommendations.
- Stay up to date on industry standards and emerging trends in adult learning theory, methods, tools and software.
- Champion and project manage stakeholders of Information Security training, working backwards by role and appropriate channels.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 8+ years in Learning Experience Design, Technical Writing, or Instructional Design.
- 8+ years of writing and content strategy experience.Ā
- 5+ year experience developing content for learning-focused programs with instructional technology.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Articulate 360.
- Familiarity with project management tools and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with an LMS or CMS platform.Ā
- Experience adhering to content and brand guidelines.
- Proven ability to lead global projects with multiple key stakeholders.
- Passion for learning and personal development.
- Highly collaborative and willing to give and accept constructive feedback.Ā
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.Ā
- Creative thinker and problem-solver.Ā
- Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Ā

- Extremely detail-oriented and can juggle multiple projects and tasks on tight timelines.
