NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Develop scalable and sustainable learning experiences that assist retail store and contact center employees continuously and grow the culture, service, operational, and product knowledge necessary for success. Utilize multimedia to craft accessible and engaging training solutions. Determine training needs across audiences and brief the digital product team on learning platform requirements. Drive the implementation of features and enhancements, such as learning journeys and gamification, that support global training programs and drive engagement. Partner with the content team to support and innovate content design, development and maintenance. Use deep knowledge and expertise of learning programs and their expected learning outcomes to develop the strategy for digital learning and career development. Partner with product and insights teams to measure the effectiveness of retail training experiences, tools, and content, and develop strategies for improving business and employee outcomes. Partner and guide quantitative and qualitative analysis to measure the effectiveness of digital learning experiences and recommend solutions for continuous improvement. Support the scale of digital learning tools and experiences to all global audiences. Up to 25% international travel is required.
Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or Commerce and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation OR No Degree and 7 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:
