Role Overview 

As we continue to grow our people experience through a centralized learning and enablement function, we are looking to hire an experienced senior learning specialist to own and drive key components of our central learning strategy. This is an exciting role for any learning professional interested in growing their career within a vibrant and dynamic culture, working closely with business leadership to deliver high impact programming to our people. 

Your primary responsibility will be to own and drive all aspects of our new Product Bootcamp as well as critical components of our general field enablement plan. You will be a lead facilitator and coach within modules of our Aspiring Manager and New Manager Academy programs and will flex your general learning delivery superpowers across a small number of our core skills offering and special project delivery. 

As a critical member of the people team, you will play a pivotal role as brand and culture ambassador. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive all programming responsibilities for Product Bootcamp (x3 streams) including content curation and management, internal delivery stakeholder management, schedule maintenance, communications and passport certification 

  • Learning experience design, development and delivery – focusing on solutions to meet scoped formats including hybrid learning, virtual first and in-person in-office delivery 
  • Lead facilitator and coach on agreed modules within the Manager Academy program including but not limited to the following curriculum areas; leadership and communication styles, coaching skills, time management and workload prioritization, critical conversations, courageous feedback skills 

  • Work closely with the Director of Centralized Enablement and Learning Operations to delivery monthly and quarterly evaluation and activity reports  

  • Develop enablement resources for on-the-job learning in keeping with best practices and team standards, including micro-videos, one pagers and field guides, info graphics and ‘how-to’ guides 

  • Partner with and support other team members as required  

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices 

Role Requirements (Experience and Competencies): 

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS company  
  • Experience designing and delivering employee learning programs, preferably in both operational field enablement and management development scenarios 
  • Experience and proficiency for elearning authoring and management tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Canva and Docebo 
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training evaluation techniques 
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Excellent learning delivery skills – group facilitation (in-person and online) 
  • Certification or experience administering psychometric profiles such as Insights Discovery, DISC, MBTI desirable  
  • Train the Trainer certified
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable but not essential
