We're looking for an experienced, talented, and highly motivated attorney to support our rapidly growing and evolving business. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment providing legal counsel with specialized legal skills in commercial law and the hotel development and management industry. You will be responsible for counseling the business by giving proactive, professional, and creative legal support. You'll need to bring negotiation and drafting skills with a strong business sense to deal with multi-functional teams in a rapidly scaling business. You will collaborate with various departments (Development/Entitlement, Project Finance and Construction), advising on legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to the business.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Experience within commercial real estate development (hospitality preferred)
• Commercial Loan document review and negotiation 
• Complicated corporate/LLC operating
• ALTA survey and acquisition due diligence review
• Experience with large loan documents and negotiation of them
• Drafting and negotiating consultant agreements
• Purchase agreements and drafting
• Operating agreements

Nice to Have:

• Experience with hotel management agreements
• Experience with brand franchise agreements
