Senior Legal Operations Analyst, Technology

- Design and build scalable technology solutions for various legal processes, including the contracting processes embedded in a tech-stack that integrates with Revenue and Finance systems;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated legal applications and perform day-to-day technology maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Develop and apply administrative frameworks to our legal platforms, including permission schemes, provisioning criteria, and other frameworks as applicable;
- Manage data quality across our legal tech stack to enable effective processes and analyticsÂ
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional departments, and work closely with business partners to understand processes, gaps and goals;
- Lead legal technology projects, including typical project management activities such as gathering requirements, defining scope and success, driving alignment, developing milestones and timelines, facilitating UAT, and delivering the rollout strategy;
- Develop end user material, educational and engagement strategies, and feedback loops to promote adoption of our legal technology;
- Channel the spirit of runbooks and change management logs to develop and maintain documentation that reflects evolving business processes and systems;
- Contribute insights and opinions towards a legal technology strategy and roadmap;
- Demonstrate a deep appreciation of new/emerging technology (whole systems and features surfacing out of existing systems) and advocate for how it could be used to deliver business outcomes.
- 3-5 years of in-house experience in technology project management or business systems analysis
- 2+ years of in-house experience working in a legal operations role or a close equivalent, managing cross-functional projects and advising business partners on processes and technology solutions
- Experience administering a contract management platform, and an understanding of Salesforce administration (or similar system) as it relates to sales contracting processes
- Demonstrates a creative mindset and an ability to find solutions where others see barriers
- Anticipates problems and needs, takes initiative to identify opportunities to improve processes, and proactively works with others to assess criticality and craft solutions
- Experience self-starting data quality projects
- Ability to independently manage competing priorities and simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience administering Ironclad
- Familiarity with compliance technologies
- Data analysis
