What you'll do
We are seeking an enthusiastic and market-centric Sr. Legal Operations Evangelist to join the Growth organization. The objective for this role is to accelerate awareness of Docusign's solutions in the Legal Operations category. As a contributing force behind our company storytelling, you will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product leaders. Drawing on your acumen and experience in technology, you will reinforce Docusign's position as a leader amongst our customers and expand awareness amongst non-customers.
You have a strong track record of working and partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate brand awareness and growth through multiple channels. You are passionate about building and disseminating technology and thought leadership content for the Legal Operations category. Most importantly, you are an inspiring storyteller, energy multiplier, and lead with customer empathy.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Evangelist, Intelligent Agreement Management.
Responsibility
- Drive evangelism and speaking efforts to elevate awareness of Docusign's Legal Operations category solutions, through direct involvement and by training others throughout the company
- Establish relationships across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure unified company storytelling and consistent representation of the Docusign brand
- Craft and disseminate Legal Operations category content and willingness to jump into other categories as needed
- Partner with Docusign's Customer Success and Sales teams to deepen customer engagement, increase platform adoption, and find opportunities for customer expansion and retention
- Serve as Docusign's spokesperson at industry events and conferences, delivering powerful keynotes and engaging with audiences to raise Docusign's profile and advocate for our solutions
- Maximize the use of social media, podcasts, and other digital platforms to broadcast Docusign's key messages, significantly expanding our organic reach and fostering industry conversations
- Participate in Legal Operations category demonstrations, workshops, and webinars to educate customers and prospects
- Engage with various partners through travel to Docusign events and industry events, enhancing network opportunities, and soliciting valuable feedback to inform our product roadmap
- Measure the impact of evangelism initiatives, analyzing data to track the growth in category awareness, customer interactions, and engagement metrics, and refine the approach to meet our goals
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 8+ years of experience in a global enterprise software company, with strong knowledge of SaaS businesses and technology marketing
- A growth mindset with a track record of success in product marketing, customer engagement, and/or evangelism
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into creative solutions, and an ability to build trusted customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a business or related field
Preferred
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Skilled communicator and storyteller
- Experience with social media, podcasting, and content or influencer marketing
- Entrepreneurial energy, demonstrated by a passion to take on new challenges, willingness to be pulled into customer or partner meetings with short notice, and enjoyment of public speaking
- Executive presence with an ability to work across teams, and collaborate with senior leaders, customers, and partners
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500 - $168,200 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
