BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook, America's leading sports book operator, is adding a Senior Licensing Specialist to the Compliance team. As a Senior Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and documenting various licenses and license renewals. The legal sports betting market is experiencing tremendous growth, and there has never been a more exciting time to join the team!
What You Will Do:

• Research and document required operational licenses for the company
• Assist in resolving licensing issues as needed
• Monitor, process and document licenses and license renewals
• Keeps official records and performs administrative functions related to vendor registration
• Complete business license applications and gather required supporting documents and signatures
• Provide guidance to employees completing individual license applications
• Ensure licensing and approval requests are timely prepared and submitted to the required governmental authority
• Work interactively with cross-functional teams to achieve business and compliance goals/objectives

What You Will Need:

• 5+ years of experience as a casino/gaming licensing analyst handling multiple jurisdictions
• Possesses knowledge of all licensing and regulatory requirements relating to the business
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Ability to simultaneously work on several projects with the flexibility to re-prioritize in a minimum amount of time
• Ability to investigate and analyze technical and regulatory issues
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods
• Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods
• Regular attendance in the office
