Dealpath is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing team in New York City or San Francisco! Dealpath is the leading SaaS deal management platform that empowers firms involved in the acquisition, development, and financing of commercial real estate assets.

 

As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager you will play a critical role in building a robust program from the ground up. Our email and account based marketing efforts are a major cornerstone of our marketing program. You will partner closely with our revenue organization (sales, business development, and customer success) to reach valuable members of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) community and connect critical conversations. You're excited about this opportunity because you’ll:

 

  • Define, champion, and drive email marketing programs that nurture decision makers and practitioners through engaging content to become revenue opportunities for Sales.

  • Establish Dealpath’s customer lifecycle strategy and deliver programs to engage our target customers across their buyer and user journey. 

  • Define Dealpath’s ABM strategy and create a prioritization framework for targeting enterprise and ICP accounts for existing and new business segments. You’ll have knowledge of the variations on saturation strategies for ABM and solid understanding digital marketing.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target personas, define and develop segments, and build personalized and creative content for lifecycle programs.

  • Analyze our marketable database and derive insights to improve targeting, segmentation, conversion rates and the end-to-end user experience.

  • Continually improve email program performance through regular analysis, A/B testing, and incorporation of email best practices.

  • Be performance oriented, KPI driven and analytically minded.

  • A brand chameleon; able to take the core of a brand to all its edges.

  • Creatively find ways to build our database with high quality contacts.

  • Have experience creating a marketing plan integrating account-based marketing strategies with email strategies to target high-value enterprise B2B prospects.

  • Excel at collaboration, especially with cross-functional go-to-market teams to ensure seamless alignment on target accounts, lead generation, and lead nurturing efforts. 

  • A self-motivated team player, ready to embrace a fast paced, high-growth environment.

  • Product-focused; you enjoy and feel challenged mastering new software.

  • A collaborator and leader; able to effectively partner, collaborate, and communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues.

  • Resourceful and not afraid to try out-of-the-box approaches to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, account-based marketing or email marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. 

  • Experience with SFMC, Marketo, or equivalent martech stacks.

  • Managed niche lifecycle and communication programs and strategies .

  • Community management (social media, other channels).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • The estimated pay range for California candidates is: $150,000 - $170,000 base. This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan.

  • Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process.
