In this role, you will drive customer and revenue growth by designing and executing effective customer journeys and programs that strengthen our engagement with Braze users, buyers and influencers. This role requires a willingness to work with cross-functional teams to build and execute strategies that support our company's growth and profitability goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You will be a Braze end user expert and utilize data to execute programs that drive revenue across a variety of marketing channels. Must be comfortable working within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. You will act with a customer-centric approach, helping to curate customer feedback insights and map the behaviors needed to deepen product usage, increase retention, and strengthen the end user experience.Â
This is an exciting opportunity to own customer engagement plays for a leading customer engagement platform! You’ll be helping other marketers learn, grow, and succeed with Braze.Â
In this role, you will:Â
- Use technology and data to create thoughtful customer journeys and initiatives that drive adoption, expansion, and satisfactionÂ
- Help Braze customers realize the value of the platform through relevant messaging and recommendations

- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify, track, measure, and optimize the success and impact of our Lifecycle Marketing programs
- Provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders on program performance and ROI
- Build and execute targeted marketing campaigns using various channels, such as email, paid media, webinars, video, and more
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have 5+ years of Lifecycle marketing experience. SaaS or Braze experience preferredÂ
- Somebody with a growth mindset. Marketing tactics never stay the same for long. That means your skillset can’t eitherÂ
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with partners, vendors, and customers
- Comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data. If you see red flags in the data, you can work with colleagues to design and launch a lifecycle program that helps address those red flagsÂ
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Operate with speed and agility, an experimental mindset, continuously optimized to achieve business goals
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality
