Senior Logistics Operations Officer

Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is looking for a (Senior) Operations Officer, directly reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, to join our team. You will mainly be responsible for daily logistics, shipment arrangements and inventory management. You will also work with teams along the supply chain for smooth operations. To be the ideal candidate, you should hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented.

Job Description

• Frequent communication with different internal teams (including CS, Product, Retail, Marketplace, Sustainability)
• Track and monitor order and shipment status to ensure shipment arrives on time
• Frequent communication with vendors to resolve operation issues/exceptional shipment, and plan for operation enhancement
• Performance monitoring and KPI setting with vendors
• SOP set up for operation flow (including return handling, recycling
• Assist in improvement projects and new initiatives (including new vendor sourcing, cost reduction initiatives)
• Experienced in implementation of new solutions for operations would be an asset.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma in Operations/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management, or other operation-related disciplines is preferred
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in Logistics & Shipping/ Supply Chain/ E-Commerce
• Knowledge and previous experience in Dangerous Goods handling is a plus
• Fluent in English & Chinese, excellent in verbal and written communications
• Passionate about supply chain and operations management
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operations Officer
