Senior M365 and Power Platform Engineer

We seek an experienced SharePoint M365 and Power Platform Engineer to support our growing services team. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in a dynamic work environment.

Candidates must have previous experience working in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform. 

All candidates must pass a government client’s Background Investigation, as well as obtain a clearance which requires US Citizenship. 

This is a virtual position with limited travel as needed.

Responsibilities will include:

• Translating business needs into user stories; working in an Agile environment 
• Microsoft Power Platform solution development, testing, and training 
• Creating and implementing a functional design in SharePoint on-prem and SharePoint Online 
• Creating requirements, functional design specifications, implementation plans, and test scripts/plans
• Assist and support application development teams and system administrators throughout project lifecycles

Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and configuring high quality MS Power Platform solutions, including expertise in: 
  • Power BI 
  • Power Apps 
  • Power Automate 
  • Power Automate Desktop (PAD) 
  • Microsoft Dataverse (preferred) 
• Experience designing and configuring highly customized SharePoint forms using PowerApps
• Ability to architect solutions using SharePoint Online functionality (Hub Sites, Term Store, Enterprise Keywords, SPFx Deployment, Content Types, etc.)
• Experience with SharePoint designer to migrate and recreate old SharePoint Designer workflows in SharePoint Online
• Ability to map client needs to M365/SharePoint functionality
• Development experience in Angular/REACT a plus
• Experience converting solution components to SharePoint Framework (SPFx) a plus

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field and 5+ years of full life cycle SharePoint/M365 implementation, upgrade, migration, application support and deployment experience including Power Platform
• Credible and professional presence, excellent written/verbal communication and customer support skills, and the desire to work in a team environment across organization functional boundaries 
• Experience as a consultant with a proven track record of delivering excellence and building business
