Position Summary
SHEIN Technology is looking for a Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer to work on search relevance and personalization recommendations. You will work with various ML/deep learning models and recommendation systems that target hundreds of millions of users.
Responsibilities:

• Develop various machine learning models and deep learning models.
• Enhance ML models to fulfill business goals including fraud prevention, malicious login or identity thefts.
• Enhance search relevance and click, conversion rate prediction.
• Enhance product personalization recommendation models.
• Develop key metrics to track online performance and collaborate with the engineering and user experience teams to achieve business goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Master's degree or above (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science or related fields.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++ or Python.
• Familiarity with anti-fraud, deep learning, NLP, data mining, search, recommendation, ML infrastructure, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and a passion for solving challenging problems.
• 4+ years of experience (or 2+ years with a Ph.D. degree) in developing ML models.

Good to have

• Experience with ML infrastructure.
• Experience with Hive, Kafka, Hbase, and Apache Flink.

Pay: $142,500.00 min. - $249,700.00 max annually
