Machine Learning team at Goldbelly enhances customer experiences through ML solutions such as product ranking, personalizations, and recommendations. We manage all ML initiatives from ideations to productions, leveraging modern tech stacks such as Kubernetes, PyTorch, Airflow, etc.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be an integral part of bringing users experience to the next level! You will actively participate in building and deploying innovative, production-grade ML services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior engineers, data scientists / analysts, and product managers to improve ML services in recommendations, personalization, etc.
• Develop scalable algorithms and services based on state-of-the-art ML approaches
• Extend the fundamental ML solutions such as product / user embeddings to provide performance improvements across all ML services
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices / standards

Qualifications

• Leadership and team player mindset
• Proven ability in ML modeling and engineering, preferably 4+ years of experience
• Comprehensive experience with deep learning frameworks (Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc.) in a production environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Bonus points for e-commerce experience
• Bonus points for experiences with search, relevance/ranking, natural language processing, and/or recommendation systems
• Bonus points for a MS or PhD in a quantitative field
