Position Summary
SHEIN Technology is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work on fraud detection. You will be working with various ML/deep learning models and whole piece of fraud prevention system and prioritizing the protection of sensitive data of US Customers.
Responsibilities:

• Develop various machine learning models and deep learning models.
• Enhance ML models to fulfill business goals including fraud prevention, malicious login or identity thefts.
• Develop key metrics to track online performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business, user experience and product teams to achieve business goals.
• Improve the machine learning infrastructure and pipeline, data table and deployment processes
• Participate in the full development cycle: design, development, deployment, experiment and analysis

Skills and Qualifications

• A Master's degree or above (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other major programming languages such as C++
• Experiences with anti-fraud related machine learning projects
• Familiarity with traditional/neural network ML models and ML infrastructure
• Strong communication skills for cross-country collaboration; Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and a passion for solving challenging problems.
• 3+ years of experience (or 1+ years with a Ph.D. degree) in developing ML models.

Good to have

• Experience with ML infrastructure.
• Experience with Hive, Kafka, Hbase, and Apache Flink.
