Senior Magento Consultant (Adobe Commerce)

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Role Overview:

As a Senior Magento Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Adobe e-commerce projects. Reporting to the APAC Managing Director, you will support our Managed Services team for regional projects and contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and crafting compelling proposals to meet client needs.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Apply consulting methodology processes and procedures.
• Conduct project scoping activities to identify, gather, and analyze requirements to define key business drivers and effective solutions.
• Manage the project estimation process.
• Oversee project risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Handle project commercials including forecasting, time management, and invoicing.
• Architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery.
• Implement solutions alongside a technically focused team, providing technical expertise in design and planning.
• Build solutions on top of Adobe AEM modules and Magento.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and provide technical implementation solutions and recommendations.
• Create and integrate content-driven and experience-driven e-commerce on top of Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Define implementation processes and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
• Lead day-to-day technical activities, ensuring excellence in implementation.
• Administer user permissions, groups, and roles within Adobe Commerce.
• Assist users with day-to-day inquiries and support needs.
• Address minor bugs and issues within the Adobe Commerce platform.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for project-related activities.
• Support the deployment of new features and enhancements using agile methodologies.

Requirements

Qualifications and Background:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Adobe e-commerce solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Commerce ecosystem, with expertise in areas such as Magento Commerce, Magento Order Management, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Mandatory certification in Adobe Commerce (Magento) with at least 2 certifications.
• Proven experience in Adobe e-commerce solution administration and incident management.
• Proficiency in using Jira or similar ticketing tools.
• Ability to lead meetings and workshops with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Strong adaptability to new environments, challenges, and stakeholders.
• Passion for digital innovation and technological advancements in the e-commerce domain.
