The Opportunity

As an Ion Implant Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our ion implanter systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in planning, implementing, and optimizing maintenance strategies to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of our ion implanter systems
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to identify and implement technical improvements that enhance reliability and performance
• Optimize spare parts management to minimize downtime and costs
• Partner with production teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules
• Work closely with the Process Support Group to address process and tool performance issues
• Contribute to the selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment

Your Background

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, ideally with a focus on ion implanter systems
• Proven expertise in planning, implementing, and optimizing maintenance strategies
• Strong knowledge of Applied Materials 9500/XR200 and Varian VIISTA implant systems or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English
