Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Manager 1, Field Marketing to support multiple healthcare units in the Northeast Ohio region.

The Senior Marketing Specialist will oversee marketing initiatives, from visual merchandising to social media engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand presence.
  • Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and track engagement to support marketing goals.
  • Design and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to promote dining locations and services.
  • Oversee event planning and engagement activities, ensuring a consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Serve as the point of contact for meal plan questions and presentations, collaborating with university departments and seeking new partnership opportunities.
  • Support the opening of new business locations, from strategy to execution.
  • Coordinate marketing presentations for internal stakeholders, clients, and food departments.
  • Manage and mentor a team, including hourly assistants and student interns, providing training and fostering team development.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Collaborate with Sodexo's operations teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies into daily business functions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing plans and strategies for various campus dining accounts.
  • Provide leadership in all marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with Sodexo's overall vision and goals.
  • Support the District Manager and Vice President in driving marketing success for multiple campuses.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong marketing background: Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven leadership skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Both written and verbal, including experience with presentations (PowerPoint proficiency required).
  • Project management experience: Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Social media expertise: Experience managing social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Visual merchandising experience: Ability to design and execute impactful visual displays.
