DescriptionÂ
RevGen hires highly motivated Senior Managers for our Delivery Team. Senior Managers are integral to setting the vision for project success and deliverables while providing innovative thought leadership to the firm and clients. They are responsible for strategic planning; making business decisions in the best interest of the firm and our stakeholders; and creating and fostering relationships with existing and new clients and team members.Â
Essential FunctionsÂ
- Incorporates strategies to align people, process, and technology to drive business value.Â
- Provides industry knowledge and subject matter expertise to client and internal teams.Â
- Drives the creation of SOWs and supports proposal generation and sales presentations. Â
- Designs, adapts, and applies appropriate frameworks and methodologies based on client needs.Â
- Supports strategic account planning and execution.
- Builds strong relationship with client to understand current and future project needs.
- Manages executive stakeholder expectations.
- Oversees and monitors project schedules, costs, and project teams to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget.Â
- Mentors, develops, and coaches team members by understanding career aspirations, developmental areas, and key strengths.Â
- Identifies and mitigates project risks and acts as the escalation point.Â
- Oversees accurate and timely submission of invoices, timesheets, expenses, A/R, and project closure tasks for projects. Â
- Identifies and pursues new business development opportunities or upsells/cross sells within existing accounts.
- Provide leadership to technical and functional resources to effective delivery of projectsÂ
Desired ExperienceÂ
- 8+ years of successfully leading technical, data, and/or management consulting teams and projectsÂ
- Consulting/professional services experience required Â
Requisite Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesÂ
- Excellent communication and planning skills with a history of developing effective relationships with business, technical staff, and executive managementÂ
- Ability to manage conflict with positive results Â
- Ability to understand business as a whole and advocate for the team and the firmÂ
- Ability to work well with all levels with a diplomatic approachÂ
- Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and event-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate scope, and clarify prioritiesÂ
- Ability to connect with team members, manage teams, and apply standard project management methodologiesÂ
- Strong business acumen
- Well-organized, independent, self-starterÂ
- Ability to create a team vision and motivate the team to achieve a common goalÂ
Education, Training & CertificationsÂ
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, master’s degree a plusÂ
Compensation and BenefitsÂ
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, RevGen offers a reasonable range of compensation for roles hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by years of experience, specialized skill sets, and unique qualifications. For the state of Colorado only, the range of base salary pay for this title is $115,000 -$150,000.Â
In addition to base salary RevGen provides a discretionary bonus for performance. Amounts are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance. The target for this title is potentially up to 20%.
