Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Manager to oversee our record retrieval operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams optimizing processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams drive operational efficiencies and uphold our commitment to delivering accurate and timely records. The Senior Manager at Rob Levine Legal Solutions is responsible to ensure the entire records team exceeds their Key Performance Indicators. The role reports to the COO. Responsibilities & Duties:

Manage lead and coach a team of record retrieval team leads and specialists ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize record retrieval processes improve turnaround times and reduce costs.

Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with sales customer service and IT teams to enhance service offerings and address client needs effectively.

Stay informed about industry trends regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and teamwork within the record retrieval department.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on departmental performance goals and initiatives for senior management and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proficiency in using record retrieval software and familiarity with relevant technologies.

Knowledge of legal and medical record retrieval processes and regulations preferred.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the record retrieval/call center or related industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
