Who You Are: 

We are looking for a Senior Manager (Account Director) to cover a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sector from working on technology-focused clients. . 

• We are looking for an AD to work in partnership with our Executive Director, to manage the day-to-day account team, and provide PR support at some of the industry's biggest brands.
• You ensure our work is guided by bravery, data driven at all times and that ultimately deliver change that matters.
• Someone who can confidently drive strategic and creative briefing processes, ensuring different disciplines (e.g. our Strategic or Creative teams) deliver high quality thinking that answer client challenges. 
• Deliver maximum impact by leading client projects accurately and collaboratively, to ensure they are completed on time, on budget and to the highest standard possible. 
• Share and use your in-depth media and stakeholder communications knowledge to help strategically shape, guide and execute client activity. 
• You will use this knowledge to forensically guide, and counsel and challenge our clients on what you believe is best for their brand. 
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with our clients on retainer, campaign and project activity by delivering your best work and being ‘one step ahead’ of our clients at all times. 
• Demonstrate ability to seamlessly and effectively work into and with various UK, EMEA and Golin specialist teams to deliver award-winning client.
• Identify organic business growth opportunities within your clients to ensure team growth.
• Support the Tech Team’s growth by getting stuck into new business initiatives, winning the best, most exciting brands in the industry.   
• Be a team player and empower our people, by proactively sharing your knowledge, skills and guidance with members of the Tech Team and across the agency. 
• Be able to deliver clear but kind constructive feedback, and identify growth opportunities for your team. 
• And ultimately, someone who wants to integrate into an inclusive team, who has a strong sense of culture and community, where every voice and idea is listened to.
