Senior Manager, Accounting

Integral Ad Science is seeking to hire a Senior Accounting Manager to join its Global Finance team with a focus on legal entity statutory reporting. This role would suit someone with an audit background and who would like to develop their finance career as part of an established team in a fast growth and dynamic business.

What you’ll do as the Senior Accounting Manager:​

• Design and operate controls over legal entity statutory reporting and compliance across International entities
• Controllership activities including preparation and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance with SOX control requirements
• Ownership of legal entity trial balances for local reporting and month on month analytical review
• Set and own the statutory compliance calendar, ensuring clean audits and filing requirements are met
• Maintain control over statutory to GAAP differences at entity level
• Perform various financial analysis and reporting, as needed
• Lead finance and enterprise systems projects for international accounting including ERP enhancements, integrations, and local entity reporting system requirements
• Collaborate with and provide support to FP&A and Tax teams
• Build strong working relationships with Global Finance, Enterprise Systems, Tax, Payroll, third party accountants and auditors
• Perform all month end close activities as required
• Assist with other related ad-hoc tasks

What we're open to seeing​:

• Professional accounting qualification desirable (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Minimum of 5+ related experience
• Strong understanding of local accounting principles and policies
• Audit experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and adaptable to fast changing environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent numeracy and communication skills
• Able to build internal as well as external relationships
• A determined & driven self-starter able to meet deadlines
• Able to take initiative and see tasks through to completion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent work ethic & integrity
• Strong Excel skills
