Senior Manager, Ad Ops

We are seeking an Ad Operations Manager Ecomm site design and implementation experience to lead our ad ops and web team for client solutions at Viral Nations.In this role you will play a pivotal role in molding our existing team to fulfill client orders both internal and external for website design, technical architecture, tracking, payment management and reporting.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Adops team in the execution of day to day responsibilities
• Take part in the RFP process, providing scoping for hours and pricing for deliverables
• Provide mocks for sales process to clients looking for website support
• Ensure proper tracking and tagging are in place for website conversions
• Provide Wireframing for website creation
• Work with multiple agencies and external vendors to ensure deliverables are met
• Assist in generating regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies that may arise during campaign delivery
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure ad creatives and landing pages function correctly and adhere to industry standards.
• Help support getting ad platform access setup with both influencers and clients and provide support if/when any issues arise (this may require being present on calls).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ad tech innovations to bring new ideas and best practices to the team.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Management experience in ad ops field
• Strong design skills
• Fluency with Shopify, Shopify+ and other standard ecommerce platforms
• Fluency with Klayvio and other standard CRM platforms
• Fluency with GA4 and other standard website tracking platforms
• Knowledge of MMP’s and other mobile tracking platforms
• Track record of A/B testing and strong critical thinking
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and draw insights.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and other data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a basic knowledge of various Digital Marketing and Business terms and acronyms (i.e. CVR, MTD, CPA, CPC, etc.).
• Detail-oriented and able to work in an incredibly fast-paced environment.
• Experience with building dashboards on platforms such as Looker Studio.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
